Booking confirmation
Once we’ve received your booking request, we will contact you to confirm dates and times, together with a schedule of events. We would ask that you print and sign this booking request form and then return it to us by e-mail (preferable) or post (please keep a copy for your records). Your written confirmation is your acceptance of the services that we will be providing and our quote.

Your confirmation also indicates that you accept our terms and conditions, as detailed below, and that you agree that you are entering into a contract with Novo Science. Pre-visit information and a confirmation e-mail or letter, if you don’t have e-mail facilities, will be sent to you, upon receipt of your written confirmation. Please remember that your booking is not confirmed until you have received this pre-visit information and we have received your payment.

Payment Terms
• Payment will be due upon invoice. Our terms are 30 days from data of invoice, or 10 days before your event, in the case of a late booking. We will send an invoice when we have received your signed booking request form.
• Electronic (BACS) payment is preferred, but payment may also be made by cheque drawn upon a UK bank or UK branch of a foreign bank.
• All payment must be in pounds Sterling and the customer must meet currency conversion costs.
• Novo Science will supply the information required for BACS payment at the time of invoicing.

Overdue invoices may attract interest charges, applicable on the day that the invoice becomes overdue. Novo Science accepts no liability to events arising from late payment or no payment of fees. If we have not received payment within ten working days prior to your event, then we will cancel your booking.

The contract begins on the date of your booking confirmation and ends upon delivery of the session that you have ordered, unless agreed by both parties in writing.

Cancellation by the customer
If you need to cancel your booking, Novo Science must receive written confirmation (preferably by email).
Please be aware that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure Novo Science has received your cancellation; we will always e-mail you an acknowledgment of your request to cancel.

The following cancellation charges will apply:
• Cancellation more than ten working days before a booking: no charge
• Cancellation less than ten working days before a booking: £120 per session.

Cancellation by Novo Science
Novo Science reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the booking due to unforeseen circumstances. Although every effort will be made to minimize disruption to your booking, Novo Science does not accept liability for any other additional costs incurred.

Novo Science reserves the right to cancel a booked session, including on the day if we feel that:
• The behaviour of the group is unacceptable or inappropriate
• The health and safety of our staff is a risk
• A member of your staff is not present, at all times, during delivery of the sessions.

Novo Science is covered by Hiscox Insurance Group insurance policy. We recommend that you ensure that your insurance protects you for the duration of our contract and the terms and conditions listed.

Photography and filming
Photographs can be taken during Novo Science sessions providing the photographer has written permission from all those being photographed or, if they are children, from a parent/guardian. No filming will be permitted during any Novo Science session.
